Refund policy
BergHOFF Egypt confirms that it is the exclusive distributor of all products listed on this invoice. The company also confirms that all products and items have been delivered in accordance with the applicable technical standards, packaging requirements, and recognized handling instructions in the Arab Republic of Egypt, ensuring safe transportation and minimizing the risk of product damage.
The customer (Buyer/Dealer) is granted a 10-day inspection period from the date of receiving the invoice and products. By signing the delivery receipt, the customer acknowledges receipt and is responsible for inspecting all products listed on the invoice. If any manufacturing defect or damage is discovered during this period, BergHOFF Egypt will replace the defective product with an equivalent one.
If the 10-day inspection period expires without the customer (Buyer/Dealer) reporting any defect or damage, this shall be deemed as the customer’s acknowledgment that all products have been thoroughly inspected, accepted in good condition, and are free from any defects or damage.
If the customer (Buyer/Dealer) wishes to return or exchange any purchased product (subject to the agreed commercial terms), the returned products must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, exactly as supplied. BergHOFF Egypt reserves the full right to inspect the returned products before approving or rejecting any return or exchange request. Requests may be refused if the products are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
