All knives are well-balanced, with a heavy bolster that provides excellent balance for greater control. Choose from black steel knives with titanium and non-stick coating, black steel knives with contrasting ash handles or matching black handles. The blade with ceramic non-stick coating ensures smooth cutting without food sticking to the blade, making it the most widely used in the kitchen. The upwardly curved tip allows the knife to swing for easy chopping on a cutting board. The wide, heavy blade is also suitable for lighter cutting tasks.
